Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Personalised Item Returns
We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for any personalised items or bespoke designed products. Any personalised or bespoke items already made cannot be cancelled, irrespective of whether they have been dispatched or not.
Sale Items
We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for any sale items.
Other Returns
Any other items you wish to return must be returned in immaculate condition within 14 days. We are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items that are not received back in perfect, saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we are able to observe the fault we will email you to discuss the refund/exchange options.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
